Digital goods
Photos are digital downloads delivered instantly, so they can't be "returned". By purchasing you consent to immediate delivery, which means the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends when your download becomes available. That said — we want you happy, not technically-correct.
We'll always refund when
The file is corrupt or won't download; the photo is materially different from the watermarked preview you bought from; you were charged twice or charged in error; or the photo was removed for a rights problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
We generally can't refund when
You've changed your mind after downloading, or the preview accurately showed what you bought (composition, car, moment). If something else went wrong, ask anyway — cases are reviewed by a human.
How to ask
Message @autosnaps_uk with your order email and what happened. Include the order date and amount.
